RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( MERME GmbH, Choriner Str. 23, 10435 Berlin, info@merme.de ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). , inform. CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

There is no right of cancellation for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. There is also no right of withdrawal for goods that you have personalized (i.e. for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer ).

Apart from that, the legal exceptions according to § 312 g Abs. 2 BGB apply.

In order to simplify and speed up the processing of returns, we ask you to use the return slip that you have been provided with in our online shop if you have registered and created an account before ordering or otherwise upon request from our customer service ( info@merme .de ) is sent by email.
