Rate Merme Berlin and win a shopping voucher
Each month, we randomly select three participants from all survey respondents to win a shopping voucher. Everyone has the same chance of winning, regardless of the content of their review, whether positive or negative. A total of three shopping vouchers worth €50 each for the Farm Loves Face online shop ( www.mermeberlin.de ) will be given away.

Terms and conditions for the prize draw

Among all persons residing in the Federal Republic of Germany who have reviewed a product and agreed to participate in the prize draw, Meme GmbH will randomly select three winners each month as part of this prize draw.
- Everyone who has submitted a review and agreed to participate will be entered into the prize draw.
- The chances of winning are the same for everyone, regardless of whether the rating was negative or positive.
- Three shopping vouchers for the Merme Berlin online shop ( www.mermeberlin.de ) with a value of €50 each will be given away.
Winners will be notified by email from Merme GmbH and will receive a voucher code at the specified email address.
Important instructions:
- Merme GmbH is not obligated to check the email address provided for errors; the participant is solely responsible for this information.
- The winnings will not be paid out in cash.
By participating in the raffle, we collect the personal data of the participants. This data includes the participant's nickname and email address.
By participating in the competition, the winner agrees that their data may be used to process the prize draw and send the potential prize. The winner's personal data will be deleted 30 days after the competition has ended. The data will not be shared with third parties not involved in processing the promotion. The winner's last name and email address will not be published.
Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to data processing and use at any time. This can be done by sending an email with the subject line "Product Review/Giveaway Deletion of Personal Data" to service@mermeberlin.de. We will then delete the participant's data. Participation in the prize draw will then no longer be possible.
Merme GmbH uses all available technical means to maintain the product review options during the competition period. However, it cannot be ruled out that the relevant pages may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons. In such a case, those who have reviewed a product have no claim against Merme GmbH.
Merme GmbH reserves the right to terminate this competition prematurely, e.g. in cases of force majeure or in the event that proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.
Legal recourse is excluded.
