Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to accept American Express. However, you can opt to use an American Express Card through your PayPal account.
Prepayment: Send an email to info@merme.de with your name, the desired products, and your address. As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your goods immediately. If you are paying from another account holder's account, simply indicate in the payment reference who the payment is for.

To pay via PayPal, you need a free PayPal account. PayPal offers various payment options and also insures all orders up to €500. DELIVERY TIMES
How long can I expect for my order to arrive? Orders placed on working days before 12pm, are usually shipped within 48 hours on working days. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. I haven't received my order, what do I do?

RETURNS
Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we do not take back opened products. The jurisprudence regarding the shipping costs for returns changed on 06/13/2014. From this point in time, the legislature stipulates that the costs for postage of returned goods are to be borne by the customer.Please return the goods properly packaged, postage paid and insured to the chosen postage service.
