We are currently shipping Worldwide. This is done via DHL/DHL Express. After your order has left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

At MERME, we do not charge for shipping in Germany.

We are also happy to send your package to a DHL Packstation. To do this, please enter your 7 or 8-digit ID in the "Company" field on the final checkout page of your delivery address.

Shipping costs for outer EU (outside of Germany

excluding Netherlands, Switzerland UK) (€5.95 / free for orders from €59)

For the rest of the EU countries (excluding Netherlands, Switzerland UK), the cost for shipping is €5.95. For orders from 59 €, the shipment is free!

Shipping costs Netherlands, Switzerland UK (9.95 € / free for orders from 69 €)

Shipping to Switzerland, Netherlands and the UK costs €9.95 for orders under €69. For orders from 69 €, the shipment is free!
Please note that you have to pay any applicable customs duties in Switzerland and the UK. Shipping costs Rest of World (€25.00) Shipping to the Rest of the World costs a flat fee of €25.00. Orders over 250€ receive free shipping. How can I pay for MERME products?

Please place your online order via the MERME website. You can pay for your purchase via the following payment methods:

Mastercard, Visa, PayPal & Stripe

Payment in advance via internet bank transfer

Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to accept American Express. However you can opt to use an American Express Card through your PayPal account.

Payment in advance Write an email to info@merme.de with your name, the desired products and your address. As soon as we have received the payment, we will send your goods immediately. If you are paying from an account owned by another account holder, simply indicate who the payment is for in the reference field.​

In order to be able to pay via PayPal, you need a free PayPal account. Paypal then offers you various payment options and also insures all orders up to 500 euros. DELIVERY TIMES

How long can I expect for my order to arrive? Orders placed on working days before 12pm, are usually shipped within 48 hours on working days. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. I haven't received my order, what do I do?

RETURNS

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we do not take back opened products. The jurisprudence regarding the shipping costs for returns changed on06/13/2014. From this point in time, the legislature stipulates that the costs for postage of returned goods are to be borne by the customer.Please return the goods properly packaged, postage paid and insured to the chosen postage service.
