Wenn Sie die Zahlungsart Paypal wählen, werden Sie im Anschluss an Ihre Bestellung an Paypal weitergeleitet, wo Sie sich einloggen oder neu registrieren und Ihre gewünschte Zahlungsart wählen. Neben der Zahlung mit Ihrem Paypal-Guthaben sind auch Zahlungen per Kreditkarte und Lastschrift möglich. Sobald Sie die Zahlung per Paypal durchgeführt haben, versenden wir Ihre Ware umgehend. How long can I expect for my order to arrive? Orders placed on working days before 12pm, are usually shipped within 48 hours on working days. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we do not take back opened products. The jurisprudence regarding the shipping costs for returns changed on 06/13/2014. From this point in time, the legislature stipulates that the costs for postage of returned goods are to be borne by the customer.Please return the goods properly packaged, postage paid and insured to the chosen postage service.
